At the end of the 19th century, Rudolf Griebel became the owner of the property that founded the castle. The construction was carried out under the supervision of the well-known architecture firm Solf and Wichards from Berlin, which completed the work in 1897. The design of the castle was so interesting that it was published in the architecture magazine "Berliner Architekturwelt" at that time. The study of this company and sketches of the palace in Napachanie can now be found in the Berlin Museum. In 1918 Jerzy Kullak became the owner of the property, who was the last owner of the village and the residence until the outbreak of the war in 1939.

During the Second World War the palace was taken over by the Germans and transferred to the state treasury after the war. Some of the land was divided, others handed over to the management of the newly created production cooperative and then to a state farm. For a time the palace was the seat of an agricultural school and later served as a training center.

In 1997, the palace and part of the country returned to former owners of the Napachanie property. The palace was modernly designed according to the standards of the time and equipped with all possible amenities for the residents. The elevator between the floors for serving meals, blinds built into the walls, cold rooms in the underground part of the system - these are examples of pioneering solutions.
