Beautiful partly renovated country manor in Skoraszewice, Wielkopolska

Skoraszewice, Skoraszewice 16, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poland

  1. Castle
  2. Constructed 1908
  3. Listed

A real gem among the many manor houses in Greater Poland!

The representative manor house was designed by the renowned Polish architect Roger Sławski, who was involved in the construction and conversion of many noble country estates in the Prussian province of Poznan in the 19th century.

The palace is located in the village of Skoraszewice, a small village in the municipality of Pępowo between Wrocław and Poznan.

The first manor house, which still exists today, was built in 1835. In 1908 Roger Sławski extended the old manor house into a representative palace in neoclassical style with four-column portico and extended mansard roof. This newer main building covers a generous 800 m² and is connected to the older manor house, which offers an additional 355 m².

Access to the property is via an asphalt road. The entire property is fully developed: Water, electricity, gas, an alarm system, telephone connection and sewerage are available.

While the older manor attached on the back is still in need of complete renovation, the main building is in good structural condition. Original preserved details can be found both inside and outside.

There is still a lot of work to be done, but the roof of the new palace has just been renewed, thus providing the most important basis for further renovations.

The historic property comes to a total area of about 54,416 m².
