Castle built in renaissance style, well preserved, carefully refurbished. Fish lake below the castle is included in the sale. As well as the hotel standing next to it. Hotel has 23 guest rooms, spa and restaurant. Altogether there are three restaurants in the property. There is a museum on the second floor of the castle with historical artefacts. Next to the castle there is a summer theater. Castle, restaurants and the hotel are open for the guests. The floor area of the castle is 1500 square meters, the floor area of the hotel is 1600 sq. meters. Total size of the plot of land is 2.7 hectars. The pond has an area or 8000 sqare meters.
