On the first floor is a family/reading room with a warmly decorated coffered ceiling that reflects the character of the house. The dining area has an inlaid wood ceiling and ornate border. An archway leads to the main living room, which features a traditional fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. The kitchen is handcrafted and spacious enough to prepare all the Italian delicacies you desire. Doors from both the kitchen and the dining area lead to a shaded terrace where you can dine outside.

On the second floor there are four double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom and another shower room. The theme of painted borders continues on this floor. The furnishings are of the highest quality.

3. Living area of the owner

The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance on the north side of the house. This area needs cosmetic improvements but offers a large living/dining area with open fireplace and panoramic windows overlooking the countryside, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and a bathroom and small laundry room. The attic lends itself to further expansion.

There are a number of outbuildings, one of which has already been granted permission for conversion into another independent guest house for four people.

There is also a small chapel on the property that could be converted into a studio, a cantina that houses the laundry and refrigerators and freezers, a garage and other workshops.
