The columns still provide a clue to an old church that stood at this site in the 17th century. Towards the end of the 18th century, a farmhouse was built on the foundation of the former chapel. Such transformations of older structures are characteristic of most old Tuscan and Umbrian farmhouses.

The current property is a wonderful Tuscan country house with views over hills and forests and very close to the famous art cities. It evokes the traditional agriculture of bygone times, yet offers all modern amenities. Compact and essential, it is surrounded by three hectares of land. Agriculture follows the Tuscan model, combining the spirituality of olive trees with the liveliness of fruit trees, the gold of ripe grain with the greenery of fodder plants.

The property spans approximately three hectares of picturesque, delimited agricultural land. An automatic gate opens the way along an alley of cypresses and oleanders leading to the main house. The land is abundantly planted with olive trees, fruit trees (apricots, peaches, plums, cherries, almonds, walnuts, etc.), and a vegetable garden, enhancing the beauty of the property. Additionally, the estate is enriched by two wells and an impressive infinity pool of approximately 120 square meters with its technical rooms.

The layout is as follows: On the ground floor, there is an inviting entrance area, currently serving as a wardrobe with bathroom and toilet, a spacious hall with elegant arches and columns of original bricks, currently equipped with two living rooms and a billiard area, as well as a cozy fireplace.

The spacious kitchen with its own fireplace offers a charming view of the hills through its windows. A pantry, a guest bathroom, and a generous "L"-shaped loggia with fireplace complete this area. From the loggia, a path leads to the old, fully functional oven of the original estate. Both from the loggia and the kitchen, you can access a series of panoramic terraces surrounding the southeast side of the house, offering breathtaking views.

On the first floor, there is a living room with a cozy fireplace, separating two sleeping areas: one with a master bedroom offering access to a panoramic terrace on the roof, a children's room, and a bathroom, and the other with two additional master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
