Gorzanów Castle (Polish: Zamek w Gorzanowie, German: Schloss Grafenort) is a remarkable Renaissance landmark in Silesia, possessing significant artistic and historical merit.

Registered under number A/5216/209, the property is situated in the southern region of Lower Silesian Voivodeship, approximately 100 km from Wrocław, 15 km from Kłodzko, and 30 km from the Polish-German border, with the Polish-Czech border lying around 40 km away.

Comprising a four-winged complex with an inner courtyard, the estate also encompasses diverse farm structures, pavilions, a gardener's residence and a 6.6-hectare castle park.

Presently accessible to the public, the castle serves as a venue for cultural gatherings, including concerts, theatrical productions, and antique markets. A wing of the castle offers guest accommodations, featuring 20 apartments with private bathrooms, while an on-site café caters to visitors.

The palace is being offered through a foreclosure auction. On September 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM, the second auction of the property belonging to the debtor "Fundacja Pałac Gorzanów" will take place at the District Court building in Kłodzko (the first auction was held in May of this year).

The property can be viewed on weekdays during the two weeks prior to the auction.

Bidders who wish to participate in the auction must provide a security deposit of 512,400 PLN.

Detailed information about the auction, as well as the appraisal report, is available on the website of the bailiff Jarosław Bartecki:
