Access to the property is via a well-maintained dirt road, a cypress-lined avenue that leads directly to the farmhouse. The estate is situated at the highest point of the hill, providing breathtaking 360-degree views of the picturesque surroundings.

The farmhouse covers an area of 1300 square meters and consists of a ground floor with cellars and old stables that have been preserved in their original condition, featuring terracotta tiles, historical vaulted ceilings, and original wine barrels.

You can reach the upper floors through a total of three staircases. There is a section that has already been restored and another part that requires complete renovation. The restored area is accessible via an external staircase and offers a spacious apartment with a large open living and dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a spacious bathroom, and two bedrooms. The roof has also been restored. The other part of the first floor, which still needs renovation, is accessible via a separate staircase.

The original parish church is still consecrated, and the ruin next to the main building, measuring approximately 130 square meters, can be rebuilt if desired. Additionally, two small rural outbuildings are available, with one used for irrigation equipment and the other as storage.
