Borromean Islands: Villa on Isola dei Pescatori

In the well-known Borromean Islands group on Lake Maggiore, we are selling a historic villa on Isola dei Pescatori. Only the interior finishing needs to be completed. All materials for bathrooms, floors, and the entire interior design can be freely chosen.

The villa spans four floors, all of which are already equipped with an elevator. All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with access to a large lakefront terrace, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and, of course, access to the elevator. The first floor features two bedrooms with private bathrooms. Three more bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor, and on the top floor, there are two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms. On this level, the ceilings are sloped but very high, ensuring ample headroom.

The garden is relatively small and flat, making it easy to maintain, and the view is truly unique. The public beach with a pier and the private harbor below can be accessed via a private staircase.

The building has undergone extensive renovation, with all installations and wiring brought up to date. The air conditioning and an efficient insulation system with excellent soundproofing make this island villa a true one-of-a-kind.

ISOLA DEI PESCATORI
The small former fishing island, located opposite Isola Bella, is characterized by its charming multi-story fishermen's houses and winding streets. As of August 2023, the island is permanently inhabited by about 60 residents. During the season from May to September, the tranquil island experiences a lively atmosphere during the day, while the evenings are marked by idyllic calm. Visitors will find several cozy restaurants with terraces and two small hotels. The northern part offers a beautiful promontory with swimming opportunities and a magnificent view of the lake.

A prominent landmark on the island is the tower of the San Vittore Parish Church.
