We would like to present to you a historic villa built at the turn of 1870-1880.

PARAMETERS OF THE PROPERTY:

The villa with a total area of 1573 m² was fully restored in the early 1990s, when the deteriorating property was acquired by the current owner, he put a lot of work and heart to restore the property to its current state. Inside, the original 19th century staircase and numerous historic elements have been preserved.

The building, in eclectic style, while the interior has been decorated in a traditional and classic style that will appeal to even the most demanding client.

A three-story block with a basement, covered with a steep hipped roof with a truncated top, finished with a metal openwork attic. A single-story outbuilding (expanded in the 1970s) was added on the southwest side.

The building contains thirteen rooms, spread over three floors.

LOCATION:

The villa is located in Legnica, Lower Silesia province (70 km west of Wroclaw).

Beautifully located property in the central part of the city - on the border with the city park of 58 hectares of land!

HISTORY:

The villa was built for city councilman and merchant Erich Schneider.

In the period up to 1945, the villa changed hands many times, among other things, in 1930-1939 it was owned by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
After 1945, the building was used, among others, by the Industrial-Energy Gymnasium and the Youth House of Culture, which ended its activities there in September 1965, when the villa was handed over to PGWAR in exchange for the building of the city theater.
After partial expansion and appropriate adaptation, the Museum of the Tradition and Glory of Soviet Arms and the Soviet-Polish Brotherhood of Arms was opened on May 7, 1975.

From 1992 until 2008, the Higher School of Management operated here.

IN OUR OPINION:

The villa together is ideal for an atmospheric university, a place for intimate business meetings for companies or a boutique hotel.

We cordially invite you to a presentation.
