The palace in Borovina was built between 1842 and 1856 by Ivan Paskevich and served as a summer residence for his wife Irena.

In 1836, the tsarist government acquired the Dęblin estate together with the Borovina estate from Prince Yablonovsky. In 1842, Tsar Nicholas donated these lands to the then governor of the Kingdom of Poland, Prince Ivan Paskevich.

The house bears the official name "Ivanowo Sioło" and is located between Dęblin and Puławy. It is located about 1 km from the Vistula Valley and about 5 km from the mouth of the Wieprz River into the Vistula. It borders on a large pine forest. In the surrounding area are numerous bicycle paths with many ornithological observation points.

In one part of the building there is 103 m² apartment, which is ready renovated and ready to move in. The remaining part still needs to be renovated and can be used for various purposes, such as setting up a hotel or youth hostel (permits for this must be obtained or renewed) or for agrotourism.

The region is especially attractive for agrotourism and the famous artist town Kazimierz Dolny is only about 30 km away.
