Neo-Baroque mansion as a development property in the popular holiday region of West Pomerania.

Building on a rectangular floor plan on a hill. The originally single-storey mansion was built in 1880 for Kurt Neumann, and in 1919 the architects Helmut Grisebach and Heinz Rehman added an additional storey and redesigned it in the neo-baroque style. The interior essentially corresponds to the original room layout, but it requires extensive and complex renovation work.

Technical data:

- Year of construction: 1919
- Usable area: 900 m²
- Cubature approx. 2,170 m³
- Building area: 443 m²

An extraordinary piece of jewelry for individualists that is worth rebuilding.

The palace and park are entered in the monument register. The park was cleaned up. The house has meanwhile been secured to curb further deterioration.
The historical estate is located on the northeastern edge of the village of Ząbrowo.
