The village of Flessenow in the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim is located on the eastern northern shore of Lake Schwerin. In the center of the village is a manor house that has been abandoned for at least 15 years and is to be auctioned off on Jan. 25, 2023, at the Schwerin District Court.

The market value is stated at 150,000 EUR. Various publication sources assume that the building is in poor condition. Participants and bidders of the real estate auction should further note that the immediate surroundings of the manor house are now characterized by new developments.
