Nordkirchen Castle: College of Finance

Nordkirchen Castle is considered the largest baroque castle in Westphalia. It was built from 1703 to 1733 for the Prince-Bishop of Münster, Friedrich Christian von Plettenberg.

Today, the castle complex is owned by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and houses the College of Finance. The buildings can therefore only be visited to a limited extent and are not subject to museum use.
