Baroque chateau in western Bohemia for sale

For sale a chateau a few kilometres from the town of Klatovy, in the 17th century the chateau was rebuilt in Baroque style and in the 19th century it acquired its present appearance. The land of the castle is about 2.2 hectares. The built-up area of the land is 722 meters, the total floor area of both floors of the building is 930 m². The building has been partially renovated. Most of the roofing has been replaced, an apartment of 210 m² has been created on the ground floor. In addition, there are several living rooms with bathrooms on the second floor, which can be used for accommodation in its current state. Otherwise, however, most of the castle area is to be renovated.
