This historic villa stands on 1.57 hectares of agricultural land, which gives you the status of a farmer and allows you to grow anything you feel like: Any plants, fruits and vegetables or crops of all kinds. People with "green thumbs" will surely be delighted with the landscaped garden/arboretum with unique plants. The green surroundings and the large garden offer pure relaxation and give a feeling of space and freedom with room to breathe, where you can spend a lot of time in harmony with nature.

The location of the property allows good access to Wrocław (48 km to the city center), both by car and by train from the station of Biały Kościół, 3 km away. The connection to the A4 highway is about 20 km away. Kazanów itself has public transport with Strzelin and children can board the school bus almost from the front door for the trip to elementary school or kindergarten in Biały Kościół.

A house with character
In the house there are a total of 15 rooms on a total area of 482 square meters. The heart of the villa is a representative entrance hall, almost 6 meters high, with restored 19th century frescoes and floral motifs. The ceiling is also decorated with decorative wooden beams. The floors are covered with original wide pine planks and oak parquet. The original woodwork on the doors has been restored. A special feature of the property is the original facade, reconstructed by hand, as well as the elaborate wood carving with floral motifs.

Good energy values thanks to ecological restoration

Thanks to the facade insulation, triple-glazed windows, mineral wool in the attic and photovoltaic system, the property is energy efficient, which is reflected in relatively low maintenance costs.

We, the owners of the villa have put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation of this property and are proud to have saved this historic building from destuction. The motivation to restore it to its former state and make it habitable in a contemporary way has led us to the point where we can pass our house into the next hands. It is a house with a newborn soul to love and well suited for family and business affairs.

We ourselves would like to "move on" and bring back to life another neglected pearl in Lower Silesia.
