In the midst of the shrub and hedge landscape of the Morvan Park, this country estate with its unmistakably French character is situated in a private location. Protected from public view, the property has been designed as a well-kept vacation resort, both for the architectural quality of the building and for its park. The view of the park and, in the distance, the mountains of the Morvan, is inviting for walks. The well-kept paths offer new perspectives on the pond, the meadows or the castle at every turn. As a long-standing equestrian center, the outbuildings and pastures await the return of the horses. Some of the buildings could also be converted to residential use.

The castle:

Already registered in 1831, the castle consists of a main building with a basement and two floors. The residence was extended in 1883 with a rectangular tower on one side of the main building and two more corner towers on the other side. The facades are plastered and characterized by corner ashlars made of granite from local quarries. The slate roofs of the main building and the tower have sculpted granite dormers. The towers are covered with fish slate and have finials decorated with flags. The main facades on the courtyard and garden sides are articulated on both sides by a porch. The openings are crowned with granite cornices supported by capitals. On the park side, a terrace with a balustrade opens to the landscape.

The Park
The landscaped park in English style with well-kept paths, gives a view of the mountains of the Morvan, the countryside and the castle.

Outbuildings
The outbuildings include a steward's house, stable buildings and a saddlery. The outbuildings are recognizable by their architecture, which deliberately contrasts with the castle. The roofs are covered with Burgundian tiles and the Jacobean dormers are decorated with three-lobed brick cores.
