Palace of the Wichelhaus family in Niewodniki, built around 1870. The castle is located in a vast old park, 10 km from Opole, between the Odra River and the small village of Niewodniki.

The Second World War put an end to the splendor of the palace: for years it was a ruin.

Today, the palace has been lovingly restored and until recently operated as a hotel. It is located in a large landscaped park.

The castle hotel offers 40 beds in exclusive, stylish rooms with bathroom, telephone and satellite TV.

Castle building
Fully basement palace in compact appearance, three-storey with mansard roof. The building is equipped with water, sewage, electrical and heating installations. The built-up area is 551.1 m² and the usable area is 1452.2 m².
In the 90s the building was completely renovated and adapted for hotel and restaurant purposes.

Annex building
An annex building equipped with hotel rooms. Six suites with bathrooms were established in the building. Usable area of the building - 260 m². The object is equipped with electrical, water, sewage and heating installations. The building underwent a complete renovation around 1999, combined with modernization and adaptation for residential purposes.

Storage building - wedding hall.
The farm building - a former granary, which was adapted for the needs of a banquet hall. On the first floor there is a public space: a hall for festivities (e.g. for weddings) with a mezzanine for musicians, a vestibule with toilets and a checkroom, a utility room with a checkroom, toilets, a storage room, a kitchen and a dishwasher. The attic has not been developed and the usable area of the building is 900 m².

Park - plot - 3,7640 ha.

Due to its location, the palace is ideal for a continuation of hotel operations, SPA and conference center.
