Country Manor with Outbuilding and Park in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship

The manor house is situated near a national park with forests and lakes, nestled on a hilltop away from the village. It is surrounded by a 7.61-hectare historical park featuring mature trees and two ponds, one larger and one smaller. The manor was built for Bronisław Kretkowski, bearing the Dołęga coat of arms, designed by Jan Heurich and later renovated by Czesław Przybylski. It is a plastered brick construction in the eclectic style, spanning two floors with vaulted cellars.

At the front of the manor house, there is a triangular gable displaying the Dołęga coat of arms. The roof is covered with galvanized sheet metal, and the building is inhabited. Renovation works included installing new ceilings, renewing the roof, updating water and electrical installations, installing new radiators, and replacing doors. The exterior plaster received a first layer of cement-lime plaster.

Buildings:

  • Manor house with an area of 741 m², built between 1880-1890, renovated in 1910.
  • Storage building from 1850 with an area of 453 m², brick construction, three stories with wooden ceilings, roof covered with tar paper.
  • Simple garage buildings from the socialist era with a total area of about 250 m², comprising 7 units.

All buildings are connected to electricity, the manor house has water and sewage installations as well as an on-site sewage treatment plant. Heating is provided by a geothermal heat pump utilizing 7 boreholes with a depth of approximately 100 meters. There is also the option to heat with oil or coal.

The entire property is fenced and equipped with video surveillance. There are two entrances via an asphalt road.

The property is well-maintained and offers numerous opportunities for commercial or private use. A separate part of the house has been prepared for rental to guests. The apartments and bathrooms are yet to be completed. Additional space can be gained by converting the high attic. The remaining part of the renovated and inhabited manor house includes:

  • Ground floor with kitchen, 6 rooms, and 2 toilets.
  • First floor with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a separate area comprising 5 rooms for commercial use - in need of modernization.

Furnishings depicted in the photos are not included in the sale.
