Exclusive Renaissance Jewel with Unique History for Sale by Owner in Castelnuovo Scrivia.

This majestic palace from the 15th century was built by Roberto Sanseverino d'Aragona, the most famous Sforza commander of the Renaissance and Marquis of Castelnuovo Scrivia. It later came into the possession of his son, Galeazzo Sanseverino, known as "The Musician of Leonardo da Vinci" and son-in-law of Ludovico il Moro, Duke of Milan.

On October 4, 1496, Galeazzo's young bride, Bianca Giovanna Sforza, also known as "the Beautiful Princess of Leonardo da Vinci," resided here. Some Italian scholars speculate that this noblewoman could be the true Mona Lisa. Recently, the palace was visited by the renowned scientist Pascal Cotte from the Louvre in Paris.

Today, the Palazzo Sanseverino offers two residential units, each with a living area of 80 square meters, as well as an attic that can be developed further. The ground floor apartment is in excellent condition, while the upper floor apartment requires renovation. The building's façade was recently renewed.

The distinctive tower spans four floors and is the only original part of the building preserved with Gothic windows from the 15th century.

The property includes an approximately 100 square meter courtyard and a rear veranda of about 25 square meters. The estate is accessible via two entrances and is located about 400 meters from the town center.

Although there are no official records of da Vinci's presence, the documented facts of the location create a connection to the life and work of da Vinci, offering the opportunity to acquire a truly unique and rare property. Prospective buyers from outside Italy are warmly welcomed!
