This elegant and exclusive villa on the shore of Lake Maggiore is located in close proximity to the city center of Baveno. In 2002 the house was completely modernized and received windows with double glazing, a new heating system and new electrical installations. The villa offers the incomparable view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. The building extends over four floors. In the large garden area with two large terraces you can expect a variety of vegetation that changes constantly depending on the season.

The street level provides access to a garage for two cars and a turning area. The main entrance leads to the upper floor, where you will find the living room with fireplace and dining room, both with magnificent lake views. The kitchen and guest bathroom are located in the back. A large lake view terrace of 80 square meters extends over two sides of the villa. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them with hydro-massage. On the next floor there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there is an independent two-room apartment for the janitor and a tavern with bathroom and boiler room. The floors in the living room and bedrooms are original parquet, while the first floor has perfectly maintained sand tiles.

Outside the property there is a 12x5 meter pool and another special feature: in the upper part of the park there is a chic historicized outbuilding in typical Italian castello style with a separate studio.

For the warm months of the year there is an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning stove. Behind the street there is a large parking lot for three cars that leads to the private dock. It is also possible to dock the motorboat at the buoy.
