Erdmannsdorf castle (now Pałac w Mysłakowicach) once belonged to Prussian kings and emperors. They received crowned heads here, such as the Russian Tsar or the King of the Netherlands.

The Karl Friedrich Schinkel building was used as a school for a long time. Now that a new school has been built elsewhere, the Polish municipality would like to sell the manor house in a bidding process. Interested parties are invited to submit bids.

The starting price is 15 million zlotys (around 3.43 million euros), according to the official offer from the municipality of Mysłakowice. Along with the complex, the buyer is acquiring two developed plots of land with a total area of over 2.5 hectares and a villa building.

The castle and villa were previously used as a school. First to third grades were taught in the villa. Children up to the eighth grade were taught in the manor house.

The monument authority has agreed to the sale of the listed property under certain conditions. All construction work, alterations and measures to the manor house, park and villa must be approved by the monument protection authority.

For further information, please contact the Mayor of Myslakowice, Mr. Michal Orman, tel. 571335988 and tel. 756439981!

The official offer and the announcement of the tender will also be sent on request.
