West Pomerania: Country manor with pond and woodland

Krąpiel, formerly known as Schöneberg, is a former Pomeranian manor village, with its centerpiece being the listed palace and park ensemble Pałac w Krąpielu.

The offer includes the two-story country manor house from the 19th century, along with an outbuilding on a separate plot, a pond, and a large forest plot. The palace building is situated on a plot of 83,055 m². The buildings have a total usable area of approximately 2,500 m², including the outbuilding, where 22 partially finished hotel rooms with bathrooms are located.

The palace is in a partially renovated state. New stairs have been poured, a covered restaurant and banquet area have been added, new sewage pipes have been laid, and some of the old ceilings have been removed. A kitchen area is planned in the basement, a restaurant on the ground floor, and guest rooms on the upper floor.

The outbuilding is a two-story property with a basement, prepared for a hospitality facility. It includes a reception hall, dining room, kitchen, boiler room, sanitary facilities, hotel rooms, and apartments on the upper floor. The railings in the outbuilding are designed with rose motifs. The terrace of the restaurant area faces the lake.

The forested plot has an area of nearly 9.7 hectares.

All renovation works carried out on the palace have been conducted in accordance with heritage conservation guidelines. The outbuilding, however, is not subject to heritage conservation regulations.
