Minkowskie Manor ("Pałac w Minkowskich") is a historic landmark in the Opole Voivodeship, approximately 80 km from Wrocław.

This Baroque gem is perched on a small hill, offering a rare opportunity for history and architecture enthusiasts. After renovation, it could serve as a private residence, luxury hotel, senior living facility, or conference center.

The manor is set on a 5-acre property, providing excellent potential for the creation of a garden, park, or other facilities in accordance with heritage conservation guidelines. Within the 30-acre historic landscape park stands a Neo-Gothic burial chapel from 1873. Originally built as the mausoleum of the von Wartensleben family, it is now used as St. Joseph’s Church. Additionally, there is an opportunity to acquire the park’s leasehold land, offering significant potential for further development of this historic estate.

The estate gained international recognition through the legend of lost gold, which, according to some sources, may still be hidden in the surrounding area. The palace was built between 1765 and 1784 on the initiative of General Friedrich Wilhelm von Seydlitz, drawing architectural inspiration from Potsdam and featuring interior decorations reminiscent of Sanssouci Palace. The elegant façade is adorned with Baroque embellishments, and above the triple arcade, the von Seydlitz family coat of arms is prominently displayed.

While the property requires extensive restoration, its largely original structure, historic significance, and market-appropriate price make it a uniquely attractive investment.
