A remarkable historic estate (Tenuto) nestled in the picturesque countryside of Siena boasts the following buildings:
Castle/Manor House
Dating back to 1300, the manor house sits majestically in the center of the estate's park and spans four floors. The ground floor features former cellars, storage rooms, ancillary spaces, and a central staircase connecting all levels. The first floor houses an impressive living area with fifteen rooms, two of which are adorned with frescoes. The second and third floors accommodate another living unit with 20 rooms and associated areas, totaling 638 square meters.
Chapel
Situated in front of the main entrance on the northeast side of the villa, the rectangular chapel covers an area of 49.50 square meters, accessible exclusively from the outside.
Grain Silo
The grain silo comprises a substantial area, including a portion of the staircase leading to the first floor, the corresponding section of the cellar on the ground floor (27.00 m²), storage rooms (91.00 m²), sheds for agricultural equipment (270.00 m² - structurally unstable), and sheds between the storage rooms and the access shed (162.00 m²).
Country House
Spanning two floors, the country house is largely devoid of modern systems and, in some parts, does not comply with current building regulations. It is divided into two property units, with some areas unusable, and has a total gross area of 530 square meters.
Equipment Shed
An isolated building with a usable area of 950.00 square meters, situated in front of the former workshop and extending over a single level. It was likely built before 1967 and has a gross area of 1045 square meters.
Additionally, the property encompasses a total of 18 hectares of land with additional buildings, including a larger building with offices, two storage rooms, two ground floor garages, and three apartments on the first floor, totaling 1,665 square meters. Furthermore, an old tobacco barn with a covered area of 918 square meters is located in close proximity to the agricultural shed and farmhouse on the access road, spanning two floors.
