The castle and park complex in Słobity, formerly known as "Schlobitten", is located about 15 km northeast of Pasłęk and about 25 km east of Elbląg in the Polish Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship. The historic property covers more than 55 hectares of land and offers exceptional investment opportunities.

Once owned by the zu Dohna family, one of the most prestigious Prussian noble families, the castle was expanded in the late 17th and early 18th centuries with impressive grandeur and Baroque elegance. It was considered an outstanding example of Baroque architecture in the region and housed valuable works of art, libraries, furniture collections and porcelain.

Unfortunately, the castle was burned down in March 1945 during the war operations of the Red Army and its treasures were looted. Today, only the outer walls of the palace and fragments of the side wings remain. Nevertheless, the ruins of the palace continue to impress and attract history buffs from Poland, Germany and other countries. It is even believed that there were underground vaults with originally two basements, possibly hiding the famous Amber Room.

This historical plot of land offers versatile and considerable potential for development. It includes agricultural land, meadows and forest areas. From a golf course to a hotel to an equestrian center or agricultural-tourism services, concept development and use are at the discretion of the future owner.
