Renovated Polish manor house -Dworek-, which is currently run as a spa hotel with restaurant. The ensemble from the turn of the century is listed in the register of monuments under number 599. It is located in Zarębów (Żychlin Commune, Kutno County, Łódź Voivodeship), about 110 km from Warsaw and about 70 km from Łódź.
The building has an area of around 1,000 square meters, the adjoining property extends over 5 hectares and offers plenty of space for all kinds of activities. There is also a preserved granary building from the early 20th century in the park from the early 19th century.
The manor house consists of a seven-axis first floor with a striking central risalit and a three-axis upper floor. It was probably built for Leon Stachowski, a local politician from the eastern border regions. It fell into disrepair for decades after the Second World War. In the 1980s, the current owners bought it and extensively restored it in 2005, with further modernization work carried out in 2015.
The property is currently run as a cozy hotel with a restaurant and spa facilities. The location is ideal for events ranging from weddings to training courses or special workshops.
On the first floor you will find a representative entrance, a ballroom with a historic fireplace, a dining room with fireplace, a conservatory, toilets as well as a fully equipped kitchen and technical facilities. On the upper floor there are 5 guest bedrooms and utility rooms. There is also a suite with a fireplace and rooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathroom in the hallway.
