A chateau in the South Bohemian region with a two-hectare park for sale. The chateau stands on the site of a castle from the 13th century. The Gothic tower has been preserved from that time. In the 17th century, the castle was rebuilt into a Renaissance chateau and in 1735 the Baroque rebuilding was completed. The castle stands in a beautiful park that is bordered on one side by a river. The entire property measures 27,000 square meters. The castle was fully renovated 20 years ago. It requires no repairs, only routine maintenance.
