The spa town of Duszniki-Zdrój is situated in the Kłodzko Valley in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, near the border with the Czech Republic. The representative building with a tower is located right next to the spa park and near the pump room. It was built in 1862 by a local industrialist and remodeled in 1900. Since 2003, it has been listed in the heritage register under the number 592542, registration number 166/A/03, and is currently operated as a highly successful hotel and spa.
The hotel and its surrounding grounds are in excellent and well-maintained condition. Ample parking is available for guests. In front of the building, there is a recreation area with a lawn, lounge, and small playground.
A total of 20 rooms are available, accommodating up to 60 guests, including 5 rooms with balconies and superior standards. All rooms feature bathrooms with showers and modern amenities, blending historical charm with contemporary comforts.
The basement houses a spa area with facilities including a Finnish sauna, steam bath, phototherapy treatments, and massages.
