DISCREET SALE

I present one of the best preserved Palace buildings in the center of a large city, built in 1905.

The two-part block, architecturally referring to the French Renaissance, then fashionable in Poland for a quarter of a century, was erected on the plan of two rectangles with one common corner. The main, two-story part, with a three-story round tower in the western corner, was connected to the side part, as if glued to the south, much smaller, having only a ground floor with an attic. Both parts are covered with a mansard roof made of ceramic tiles, decorated with several dormers. The walls were made of faced brick, plastered only fragmentarily. None of them were given the form of a facade; the north-western and south-western façades became the most representative. In the second, five-axial, there is a main entrance topped with a triangular gable containing a stylized shell, while in the first, nine-axial - a pentagonal avant-corps with a terrace on the second floor, and in both - dormitories with a pair of windows in semicircular arcades, a prominent cornice on corbels decorated with acanthus leaves, double-sash windows with a fanlight decorated in the corners with rauts or cabochons.

In 2016, the new owner began renovating the decaying façade of the building, restoring the former splendor of the palace. The interiors of this magical place still need to be renovated. The large space (2,000 m²) allows for a lot of interior design possibilities for a boutique hotel, an intimate restaurant or an art gallery.

Detailed data on the Palace, its location and other parameters will be presented after signing a confidentiality agreement (NDA) and disclosing financial capacity.
