In a medieval village in the heart of the Marche region, not far from the Adriatic coast and Ancona, stands this historically significant noble palace with valuable and richly decorated interiors. It is a notable architectural monument protected by the National Heritage Authority.

The 18th-century building features a square floor plan and extends over three levels, with a total living area of approximately 450 m². The courtyard with garden measures nearly 500 m².

On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance, there are three rooms with cross vaults, sanitary facilities, and a storage room. The main staircase is adorned with coffered ceilings and handcrafted ceramics.

On the first floor, which has a separate entrance, there is an elegant hall decorated with frescoes, a living room with a fireplace, two large bedrooms, a study, sanitary facilities, and a storage room.

The frescoes in the grand hall are by Melchior Jeli, an 18th-century painter known for his frescoes and paintings in homes and churches. The walls feature oriental scenes and very rare, well-preserved 19th-century French maps. Additionally, there are decorated doors and original terracotta floors. The hall is frequently mentioned in relevant literature on historical residences in Italy.

The building is also equipped with a cellar that features cross vaults, a fireplace, and underground caves. From the cellar, one can access the large garden with a well and entrance gate.
