We offer the historic "Pałacyk Lloyda," one of the most valuable historical buildings in Bydgoszcz. The former shipping company villa is located in a prominent position on the right bank of the Brda River, in the heart of the city.

The palace was built between 1885 and 1886 by the shipping captain Otto Liedtke, based on the designs of master builder Waldemar Jenisch. The building features a stylish Dutch Mannerist architecture, with a characteristic tower and decorative gables, giving it a unique charm.

History and significance of the property:

The villa played a key role in the history of Bydgoszcz's shipping industry. Since its construction, it has served as a residential building and, from 1908, became the headquarters of the "Bydgoszcz Inland Waterway Society," later known as "Lloyd Bydgoski." This was one of the largest shipping companies in Poland, emphasizing the prestigious status of this location.

After World War II, the building remained associated with the shipping industry, serving as the headquarters of the Bydgoszcz Shipping Company. In 1974, a renovation was carried out, and in the 1990s, the new owner, BRE Bank, undertook a comprehensive revitalization of the building, restoring its original splendor and reconstructing architectural details.

Advantages of the property:

  • Unique architectural style in Dutch Mannerism.
  • Excellent location in the city center, close to the river and important institutions.
  • Ideal for a prestigious company headquarters, cultural activities, representative offices, or a luxurious residential property.
  • Renovated and move-in ready.
