Exceptional monumental property in Pomerania in the heart of the city of Słupsk.

For sale is the so-called "New Gate" in Słupsk, part of the medieval city fortifications and one of three main gates of the city. The building dates back to the 14th century. The historical property is in a well-kept condition and offers a variety of commercial uses. The total floor space is about 330 m².

On the first floor there is currently a gallery with a sales room of about 65.42 m². In addition, there is a small social room (approx. 2.69 m²).

On the upper floors there are several offices and smaller storage rooms. The offices have different areas: from 13 m² to 33 m². All rooms are very bright, elegantly furnished and have a unique atmosphere with original building period elements.

On each floor there are windows overlooking the green boulevard of Novobramska Street. This is closed to car traffic. On the staircase side, the windows face Zwycięstwa Square.

The original staircase from the 19th century was carefully renovated in 2014. Furthermore, there are original plank floors, wood-beamed ceilings and historic windows. The entire property is in good and well-maintained condition.

The building has electrical, central heating, water and sewer systems as well as a fire alarm system.

According to its name, the New Gate is the last built city gate and closed the road leading out of the city to the west. It has been rebuilt several times in the last centuries. It has a unique character and creates the right setting for an art gallery or an auction house. However, other uses are also possible, which of course must be approved. The attic is currently unused, but could also be developed if needed.

Słupsk - Popular vacation resort and large county seat in northern Poland in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the seat of Słupsk County and Słupsk Municipality. It is located on the coast of Koszalin, on the Słupia River, on the European Road E28 and is a former seat of the Pomeranian Dukes.

The distance to Koszalin is 70 km, to Gdynia and Gdansk 110 km, to Szczecin 240 km, to Ustka 18 km.

The asking price is PLN 3,500,000.

I will be happy to send more information, projections and photos to interested parties.
