Beautiful partially renovated manor and park ensemble in Głuchówo, south of Poznań.

The fenced property, with an area of approximately 4.5 hectares, includes the following buildings:

  • Castle/Manor with a usable area of about 1,600 m²
  • Outbuildings
  • Small guesthouse with a restaurant (in operation)
  • Carriage house
  • Additionally, 2 storage halls (one of which is rented out)

In total, around 3,200 m² of usable space is available. The entire ensemble is listed in the register of historical monuments. The neoclassical manor, featuring a grand portico, two floors, and a developed attic, was built in 1820. Inside, the original layout and many original fixtures and details have been preserved, including massive double doors, historic tiles, and ornate stucco ceilings. The upper floor is illuminated by several skylights. Renovation work has begun, with the castle receiving a new facade and a renovated roof. Inside, a preservation inventory has been conducted, but all further work remains to be done.

The fenced park, with a representative entrance portal, spans nearly 4.5 hectares. It features a pond, hornbeam alleys, linden trees, and other old trees (oaks, chestnuts, lindens, ashes).

The property is fully developed, with a photovoltaic system installed. A guesthouse with apartments and a restaurant in a renovated outbuilding is in operation and well-visited.

Overall, the property offers excellent development and usage potential, suitable for all types of commercial, tourist, or even medical services. The proximity to the regional capital, Poznań—approximately 30 km by car or 20 minutes by train—is also advantageous.

The Greater Poland Region

The predominantly rural Greater Poland – Polish: Województwo Wielkopolskie – is renowned for its numerous palaces and manor houses. In addition to well-known and frequently visited castles like Rogalin and Kórnik, more than 1,500 stately residences are still preserved today. These are spread around the metropolitan area of Poznań, creating a remarkable landscape and architectural tableau that vividly illustrates the historical significance of the region and stands as a unique testament to Polish-Prussian history.
